For the final four Treasure Sales this season we're joined by first-timers Carol and Jeff with their loaded baked potatoes (note the "e" Dan Quayle). In the UK these are known as "Jacket Spuds", and are great value, delicious, nutritious and filling. At my request they stuck to a vegetarian menu, offering mushroom & Swiss cheese, chili, poutine, cheese & broccoli, beans & cheddar , from those I managed to sample four, all of which were superbly done. (see Baked and Loaded ).
Come down this week and get your fill!
We were also joined by
TS newbie Lori of Green Eyed Monkey, who burns-in hand and laser designs onto wooden ornaments and useful household items like cutting boards. (An in-law of mine is going to get one for Xmas - shhh!)
Making a welcome return was Chase with his own ceramic creations which were well received by the buying public.
Treasure Sales lives up to it's mantra of UNIQUE EVERY WEEK - come if you're coming as there are only three more sale dates left, last market 29th Sept!
